A Social Media Marketing Manager develops and executes social media strategies to enhance a company's online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with customers. Key responsibilities include creating and curating content, planning and launching campaigns, analyzing performance data, staying updated on trends, and responding to audience interactions. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities. Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, such as increasing followers, engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Content creation: Create, edit, and curate engaging content (text, images, video) for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, which may include paid social media efforts.
  • Community engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with users to foster a community and provide customer support.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and incorporate them into the strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, creative, and brand teams, to ensure consistent messaging and align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives. Interact with Social Media Influencers and onboard them.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
