Job title: Manager - Credit Services

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the management of credit service teams in ASP Aus and NZBusiness relationship with key stakeholders like LOBs, risk teams, regional and etcProvide advice and solutions to LOBs on credit services processesTracking of key performance indicators timely and accurate sharing of all MI and reportsSupporting the People programmes/ initiatives, Finance & Budgeting, Learning & Development.Supporting the engagement and governance forums with Wholesale businessHandling escalation & complains from LOBs and providing support to teams in Global Service Center here service issue existsStreamline & automate collection of data for reporting & responsible for project tracking, Project management & Governance.Vendor management, including services management, and vendor monitoring (e.g. RiskFlo, Archer)Outsourcing managementPolicies and controls for managing a range of risks including regulatory, financial crime, conduct fraud and operational

In this role, you will:

Assist in the Wholesale Credit Services budgeting, support Wholesale Credit Services billing and recharging management, commentary on services exception and monitor path to green.Streamline & automate collection of data for reporting & responsible for project tracking & governanceAssist the Capability Development team on the Career progression metrics, Training intervention , Talent management, Facilitates & organize workshops / Support Continued education programmesAssist in managing the capacity for all teams across sitesLiaise with all necessary stakeholders, as required, both internal and external for effective and timely management of all activities.Providing necessary support to the Wholesale Credit Services governance– Business engagement/ Governance forums with Wholesale business / Recruitment / People / Capability Development / BRCM / Business Transformation / ChangePromote the Business Service through customer focused and timely reporting.Ensure support to the wholesale credit operations in the ASP AUS/NZ and wider business area.Facilitate the development and sharing of standard tools and best practices across the Business teamTracking financial performance of Wholesale Credit Services Ops GZ including financial plan, sustainable saves, capacity utilization, resourcing and performance level agreements.Facilitate management of Wholesale Credit Services' Risk control Assessment; assist in managing operations risk as first line of defense Support the vendor risk management activities

To be successful you will

MBA Finance / B.Com / M.ComPrior experience in Commercial Lending / Credit Services is desirableGood understanding of Financial and covenants reportsTo be willing to work in shifts (Night/Weekends)A resilient, self-starter capable of driving performance.Excellent planning, organizing skills.Strong financial management capability is preferableOperations Management or related Business Management experience and a proven track record in delivery.Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and in a matrix environment.Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.Ability to leverages resources outside of direct control to achieve goals.Operates well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments.Demonstrates clear evidence of the importance of managing risk and the competence to deliver it.
