About the Role

We are hiring for a premium lingerie brand with innovation at the heart. Our mission is to redefine intimate apparel by combining cutting-edge functionality, precise fit engineering, and elevated aesthetics. While the primary focus of this role will be lingerie design, we are also looking for the capability to extend design sensibilities into resort wear for future seasonal and capsule collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong design and technical background in lingerie construction, pattern-making, and fit optimization, with an eye for style and trend relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Development


• Conceptualize and design collections with the brand's innovation-led positioning


• Develop seasonal moodboards, sketches, and detailed techpacks with BOMs.


• Explore fabrics, trims, and finishes to deliver both comfort and aesthetic appeal

Technical Excellence


• Ensure lingerie designs deliver exceptional fit, functionality, and comfort


• Work closely with pattern makers, sample rooms, and production teams to translate designs into commercially viable products


• Conduct fit sessions, adjust patterns, and oversee prototypes until production-ready

Trend & Market Research


• Monitor global lingerie trends, fabric technologies, and consumer preferences


• Identify opportunities for unique product differentiation in the market

Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Production to align design direction with brand storytelling and launch calendars


• Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality materials and trims

Product Lifecycle Management


• Prepare clear and accurate design specifications for manufacturing partners


• Manage sampling timelines and ensure quality benchmarks are consistently met


• Support creative direction for campaign shoots, product styling, and lookbooks

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience


• 0–2 years' experience in lingerie, swimwear, or intimates design


• Strong technical knowledge of lingerie pattern-making, fabric behavior, grading, and garment construction


• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, LeonardoAI, etc.


• Experience working with domestic and offshore manufacturing


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet seasonal deadlines


• Flexible and creative problem solver.
