Location: Bengaluru, KA.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management and wellness perks.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees.
• Respond to employee queries related to benefits, policies, or payroll with clarity and professionalism.
• Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data.
• Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies.
• Manage employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, NDAs, and benefits enrollment forms.
• Handle the onboarding processes, including creating and deactivating user accounts in internal systems and databases (Darwin box).
• Ensure proper access rights and system permissions are granted or revoked as part of employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain clean, updated records in the HRIS by adding new employee details, updating existing ones, and removing records when necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews of system data to ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and generate regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, turnover rate, and new joiner/exits data.
• Track key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and suggest improvements in processes and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 2-5 years of HR Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide decision-making.
• Has knowledge of Darwin box.
