About the Role

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Intern to support the management of the Nexizo tender portal and maintain tender-related data in Excel. This internship provides exposure to government e-tendering processes, business operations, and tender document handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Nexizo portal daily for new tenders

  • Download, organize, and categorize tender documents

  • Maintain and update Excel sheets with tender information (client name, product category, submission dates, etc.)

  • Share relevant tenders with the internal team for evaluation

  • Assist in preparing tender summaries

  • Maintain a well-structured folder system for easy access to documentsWho Can Apply

  • Any Graduate (pursuing or completed)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)

  • Comfortable working on online portals and browsing for information

  • Strong attention to detail and good time management

  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership of routine tasks

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,236.53 per month
