Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve & exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Develop & execute sales strategies for corporate, government PSUs, and retail markets.
  • Expand dealer, distributor & installer networks across India.
  • Manage relationships with corporates, institutions, and government agencies.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management & reporting to management.
  • Lead, mentor & train a team of sales executives/representatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, tenders & exhibitions.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities & market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/Business/Equivalent preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven sales experience in RO / water treatment / appliances / environmental tech / durable products.
  • Strong network with government PSUs, institutions, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
