Key Responsibilities
- Achieve & exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop & execute sales strategies for corporate, government PSUs, and retail markets.
- Expand dealer, distributor & installer networks across India.
- Manage relationships with corporates, institutions, and government agencies.
- Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management & reporting to management.
- Lead, mentor & train a team of sales executives/representatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, tenders & exhibitions.
- Stay updated on competitor activities & market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/Business/Equivalent preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in RO / water treatment / appliances / environmental tech / durable products.
- Strong network with government PSUs, institutions, distributors, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Leadership experience in managing a sales team.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
