Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The executive will develop strategies to expand the company's client base, ensure client satisfaction, and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives. The role requires strong communication, account management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation capabilities to identify and effectively secure potential business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business Strategy and Analysis to support growth initiatives and market expansion.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing or electronics industry is advantageous.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
