About the Role

Seeking an experienced Java Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work daily in US shifts, interact directly with US clients, and attend interviews to secure projects. Strong communication abilities and an eagerness to learn new skills are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.

Communicate directly and professionally with US-based clients to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and build rapport.

Proactively attend and clear technical interviews to secure new projects for the organization.

Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable software solutions.

Debug, test, and optimize application performance.

Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and continuously upgrade technical skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional Java development experience.

Willingness and ability to work in US day shifts (India night shifts) on a daily basis.

Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and client-handling skills.

Demonstrated client-facing experience, preferably with US-based stakeholders.

Experience in attending and successfully clearing technical interviews, either internal or external.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Strong in Core Java, Spring or similar frameworks, REST APIs, and SQL.

Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Java EE applications.

Additional Details

Location flexibility: Role open for Hyderabad (Telangana) or Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh) offices.
