Job Title : AI Recruiter

Job Summary
An AI Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent specializing
in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and related fields. They play a key role in
building and maintaining a talented AI team, leveraging a mix of traditional and
technology-driven recruitment strategies. This role is critical for organizations seeking to
build leading-edge AI teams and remain competitive in the fast-evolving digital
landscape.
Key Responsibilities
 Identity & Source Talent
 Use various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-focused
forums.
 Leverage AI-powered tools for candidate sourcing and screening.
 Screen & Assess Candidates
 Review resumes/applications for technical and cultural fit.
 Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) in collaboration with hiring
managers and technical teams.

 Pipeline Management
 Develop and maintain a pool of qualified AI talent for immediate and future
needs.
 Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience
throughout the process.
 Interview Coordination
 Schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams; ensure a
smooth process.
 Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
 Job Offer & Onboarding
 Negotiate compensation, benefits, and employment terms with selected
candidates.
 Process Improvement
 Stay updated on AI industry trends and best hiring practices.

 Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction,
sourcing effectiveness).
 Exploring AI hiring techniques and implementing within the team.
 Attend recruitment events and AI conferences to network and attract
talent.
 Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Required Skills
 Experienced recruiter, ideally with a focus in technical or AI-related roles.
 Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and machine learning
concepts.
 Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
 Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used for recruitment automation.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 Strong in Data driven recruitment.
 Results-driven with a data-centric approach.
 Effective collaborator with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
 Proactive approach to innovation and adapting to new technology.
