Job Description: FOS Team Lead

Designation: Feet-on-Street (FOS) Team Lead

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Graduate (any discipline) with minimum 50% marks
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in Loan Sourcing/NBFC/Rural Banking
• Preferably in Agri/SME Finance, NBFC, or RRB sector
• Other Requirements:
• Local resident for 3+ years
• Local language proficiency mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 20–25 FOS Executives.
• Drive loan sourcing for Agri and SME segments.
• Ensure team productivity and achievement of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular training, huddles, and reviews.
• Visit branches and accompany FOS on client calls.
• Coordinate with SBOSS Client Branch Managers and Regional SPOCs.
• Monitor FOS discipline, attendance, and data compliance.
• Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare business performance reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with SBOSS and Client policies.

Skills Required:

• Proven team management & leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of Agri/SME lending products
• Understanding of credit, legal, and banking operations
• Data analysis & MIS reporting skills
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
