 Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Video Automation Specialist to automate the creation of high-quality training videos using MidJourney, AI voiceover tools, and AI video editing platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AI content generation, automation scripting, video production, and workflow optimization.

This role involves integrating AI-powered tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, ElevenLabs, and Kapwing AI into a fully automated pipeline for generating training materials with minimal manual intervention.

 Key Responsibilities

 AI Image Generation & Automation:

  • Generate high-quality AI visuals using MidJourney (via Discord API, Stable Diffusion, or ).
  • Automate image generation using Python, AutoHotKey (AHK), or Zapier.
  • Store and manage AI-generated images in Google Drive / AWS S3 / SharePoint.

 AI Voiceover & Text-to-Speech Automation:

  • Use ElevenLabs, , or PlayHT to generate AI voiceovers from training scripts.
  • Automate the text-to-speech pipeline with API integrations.

 AI-Powered Video Editing & Assembly:

  • Use Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, or OpenAI Sora to create fully automated videos.
  • Automate video assembly (combining images, voiceovers, and transitions).
  • Ensure smooth motion effects and animation using AI-based tools.

 Subtitles & Branding Automation:

  • Integrate Kapwing AI, Descript, or FFmpeg for automated captioning.
  • Add branding, logos, and final touch-ups using AI-based video editors.

 End-to-End Workflow Automation:

  • Build automated scripts to fetch AI images, generate voiceovers, merge into videos, and upload to platforms like YouTube, LMS, SharePoint, or cloud storage.
  • Use Zapier, , or custom Python scripts to automate the entire pipeline.

 Required Skills & Experience

 AI Content Generation

  • Experience with MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, , or DALL·E 3.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering for high-quality AI-generated visuals.

 Automation & Scripting

  • Strong knowledge of Python (APIs, automation scripts, AI integration).
  • Experience with AutoHotKey (AHK) for MidJourney automation.
  • Familiarity with Zapier /  for workflow automation.

 AI Voiceover & Audio Processing

  • Proficiency in ElevenLabs, , PlayHT for AI-generated voiceovers.
  • Ability to synchronize AI-generated voiceovers with videos.

 AI Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Experience with Runway ML, Pika Labs, OpenAI Sora.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva Pro for video editing.
  • Knowledge of Kapwing AI, Descript, or FFmpeg for auto-captioning and rendering.

 Workflow Automation & Cloud Integrations

  • Experience integrating AI tools with Google Drive, AWS S3, SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with API automation for AI video workflows.
  • Ability to set up cloud-based video processing pipelines.

 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in training video creation, e-learning, or corporate communications.

 Background in AI automation, digital marketing, or creative media production.

 Knowledge of LMS platforms and AI-driven content strategies.

 Familiarity with AI animation tools like Kaiber, Synthesia, and DeepBrain AI.
