Job DescriptionKey responsibilities
Lead end to end MMM model development, validation and deployment for multiple markets — responsible for about 50% hands on modeling work.Manage and mentor a cross functional delivery team (data scientists, data engineers, analysts), providing technical guidance, model tuning and troubleshooting to improve model accuracy and reliability.Serve as the primary point of contact across business, data engineering, data science and product teams to ensure alignment, coordination and smooth delivery of model results
.Conduct daily stand ups and follow Agile methodologies to keep project deliverables on track, maintain quality standards and accelerate issue resolution.
Liaise regularly with clients to understand requirements, present findings and incorporate feedback; participate in weekly client calls for project planning and resource management.
Translate business challenges into technical problem statements; perform technical risk analysis and reliability assessments to ensure robust, actionable models.
Execute and customize MMM solutions for different markets, ensuring results are robust, interpretable and deliverable to the client in a clear, business focused format.Support project planning, resource allocation and timeline estimates; proactively identify blockers and propose mitigation strategies.
Required qualifications & skill
s5+ years' experience in Marketing Mix Modeling, econometrics, causal inference or related marketing analytics work.Strong technical expertise in MMM methodologies (Bayesian/OLS/econometric approaches), time series modeling, uplift/causal methods and model validation techniques.
Proficiency in relevant tools and languages such as R, Python, Stan, PyMC, or equivalent; experience with SQL and data engineering concepts.Demonstrated experience leading teams, providing technical mentorship and managing client relationships.Familiarity with Agile practices and experience running daily stand ups, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex model outputs to business stakeholders and clients clearly and persuasively.Strong problem solving, project planning and stakeholder management abilities.Experience delivering MMM for multiple markets and adapting models to diverse data environments is a plus.
