Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager - Sales & Design located in Hyderabad. The Business Manager will oversee key business functions, including managing sales operations, developing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves fostering communication between clients and designers to deliver personalized home décor solutions.

Qualifications

  • Manage and train a team of 5–8 designers.
  • Own the sales funnel and clear blockers with action plans.
  • Improve conversion rates across all stages.
  • Oversee the design funnel from booking to production.
  • Ensure projects move on timeline as per the plan.
