Ryan Group of Schools requires Personal Assistant (PA) for Mumbai Location.

Educational Qualifications Required for the Role :

Bachelor's Degree / Good general education sound

qualifications in Secretarial and/or Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Experience Required – 3-6 Yrs

Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.

Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Scheduling of recurring meetings.

Ensure updating all events are posted in the Principal's calendar, Set up meetings.

Format information for internal and external communication –emails, presentations, reports.

Arrange Board meetings and send information to the Seniors.

Keep the 'Management Information System' up-to-date.

Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Managing all communication, correspondence and filing work of Principal's office

All letter drafting work of the school

Assisting in making presentations for the school

Managing and distribution of mails/letters/parcels and couriers for the school.

Special Skills & Abilities

Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

● Flexibility, tact, diplomacy and patience.

● Full understanding of the Office administrative and management practices and procedures.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality.

● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

● Oriented and focused on detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.

● Creative problem solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
