Job Summary:

The Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects within time, budget, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and flawless handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
  • Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as required.

2. Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and share progress reports.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

3. Site Management

  • Supervise site activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works.
  • Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity tracking.
  • Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely material delivery and work execution.
  • Monitor quality of work done by each vendor/contractor.
  • Verify work done and support billing processes.

5. Budget & Cost Control

  • Track project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Prevent material wastage and optimize resource utilization.
  • Support the management in preparing and reviewing project budgets.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site reports, material consumption logs, and snag lists.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete before handover.

7. Handover & Closure

  • Ensure completion of snagging and finishing works.
  • Coordinate for final inspections with clients.
  • Complete project handover documentation and obtain completion certificates.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects (corporate, retail, commercial).
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
