Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Maintenance Engineer, based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive measures to ensure system reliability, and performing maintenance and repair activities. The role also includes diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating maintenance schedules, and working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and meet operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, and Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance techniques and strategies
  • Experience in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently manage maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in high-precision machinery or manufacturing industries is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting
