Job Description
  • Perform recurring reconciliations, including: Received Not Vouchered (RNV), Cash (via Kyriba), Stripe (payment processing), Return to Vendor (RTV), and other assigned accounts.
  • Manage order clearing process, ensuring timely clearing of retail and wholesale transactions.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with North America–based team members to ensure month-end and quarter-end close deadlines are met.
  • Provide audit-ready documentation for reconciliations and journals.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide transactional support as requested.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of accounting experience (shared services or multinational company experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Clear and proactive communication with global teams.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Retail or manufacturing accounting experience.
  • Exposure to audit support and internal controls.
  • Sustainability accounting knowledge a plus.
