- Perform recurring reconciliations, including: Received Not Vouchered (RNV), Cash (via Kyriba), Stripe (payment processing), Return to Vendor (RTV), and other assigned accounts.
- Manage order clearing process, ensuring timely clearing of retail and wholesale transactions.
- Support Master Data Management (MDM) updates and maintenance.
- Collaborate with North America–based team members to ensure month-end and quarter-end close deadlines are met.
- Provide audit-ready documentation for reconciliations and journals.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide transactional support as requested.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (shared services or multinational company experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines with high accuracy.
- Clear and proactive communication with global teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Retail or manufacturing accounting experience.
- Exposure to audit support and internal controls.
- Sustainability accounting knowledge a plus.
