Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of enterprise-level architecture using modern frameworks like fflib and universal mocks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
  • Drive the adoption of development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Proactively identify technical issues and offer effective, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as fflib and universal mocks.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries.
