  1. Position: HR Recruiter 5 Vacancies (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Post jobs on portals like Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Draft offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
  • Support HR in induction, employee engagement, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & job portals.
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience: 03 years in HR/Recruitment.

  • Gender: Male / Female.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily shop floor activities and manpower allocation.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and company rules.
  • Track attendance, shift management, and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.
  • Work towards minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet production targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word).

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI.
