We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Accounts Payable

The primary responsibility of this role is to protect the quality of Financial Services travel and expense portfolio by identifying potential risk accounts, managing exposure of that risk, and assisting in timely resolution ; Drive compliance to terms with vendors/commercial to improve cash flow; Work closely with Director, Global Process Owners, and Business Unit Stakeholders to drive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of travel and expense sub-processes through automation/digitalization and process re-design.

Responsibilities

You shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report which include but are not exhaustive:

• Provide guidance to business partner organization, monitors & drives performance as well as collaborating on initiatives that drive overall health of T&E processes.
• Provides direction & maintains overall oversight for the accuracy and health of financial statement accounts.
• Oversee scorecard results and work with key leaders to ensure business results stay on track.
• Ensure team is partnering with local stakeholders to drive improvements, reduce aged balances, and deliver insights
• Delivers results through Operation team members while not having a direct reporting relationship.
• Drive Financial Ops to sustainable compliance by assessing the effectiveness of internal processes, controls and risks
• Provide control insight and framework to address execution issues and gaps in existing control environment
• Delivery of strategic processes through influence; Lead/implement process improvements; cross functional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex and/or ambiguous business environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated successful performance in role of similar scope and breadth.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting / Finance require, MBA, PMP
• Lean Principles preferred Graduate

Preferred qualifications

• Good Communication skill and the ability to engage customers in significant discussions
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
