As the first point of contact at Reception, they are responsible for welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.Duties & Responsibilities What this job involves Site OperationsCreate a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable experience for employees and their guests. Boost agility in the workplace by managing up-to-date visitor information. Handle internal & external calls and correspondence. Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences. Maintain the lobby ambiance and standards. Manage stationery requisition and related inventory management. Additional responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager. Support the soft services team as required in site operations. Collaborate with the Security team seated at the front desk. Customer ServicesFoster a sense of hospitality and create happiness at work for our team, our client, and their guests. Create a welcoming environment for clients (internal/external) by providing authentic, caring, and timely service. Visitor ManagementProvide personable and efficient visitor registration services. Ensure regulatory compliance in managing visitor access through the client's Visitor Management Systems (VMS). Enhance safety and security of our clients facility by managing visitor movement. Execute the emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary. Conference Meeting Room BookingAssist & educate clients to achieve a smooth and efficient process for meeting room bookings. Enhance user comfort by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms. Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office that unite people and inject fun into the workplace. Experience SupportCalling upon the resources of the Account Manager, assist our clients with their workplace experience initiatives and events. Assist with the design, remote organization, and coordination of client events. Mail Delivery ServicesOrganize receipt and deliveries of all mail and courier services. Manage mail distribution records and mail logs. Candidate Specification Experience2-years experience in the Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area. Prior experience managing F&B, social events, or wellness programs is an advantage. Diploma from an accredited institute. Task SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good command of verbal and written English. Personal SkillsAbility to meet tight schedules and deliver high-quality work. High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
