Your Role:

  • Lead requirement gathering and solution design for SAP IS-U FICA implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure FICA components including dunning, payments, clearing, and account determination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with billing and customer service modules.
  • Provide support for testing, training, and post-go-live activities.

Your Profile:

  • 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS-U with specialization in FICA.
  • Strong understanding of utilities business processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in dunning, payment processing, security deposits, and integration with FI/CA.
  • Proven success in SAP IS-U implementation, rollout, and support projects.
