Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Bengaluru. The Caller will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, providing them with information about available properties, and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, the Caller will schedule appointments for clients to view properties, follow up with clients after visits, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using telephonic and computer systems
  • Ability to understand and relay property information effectively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred
