Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and detail-driven Junior Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with senior architects and designers to assist in conceptual design, planning, technical documentation, and coordination for ongoing projects. You'll get the opportunity to work on real-world projects from early-stage ideation to site execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior architects in developing design concepts, 3D models, and detailed drawings. Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings. Collaborate with interior designers and draftsmen to integrate architectural details with interior planning.
Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and design documentation. Participate in site visits to understand conditions and collect data for revisions. Help manage BOQs, material boards, and vendor references under guidance.
Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and junior team members when required. Communicate with clients for basic clarifications or updates, under senior supervision. Required Software SkillsAutoCADSketchUpEnscapePhotoshopMicrosoft Excel (basic usage)QualificationsB.Arch from a recognized university (fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience).
Understanding of design principles, construction details, and basic architectural workflow. Good communication skills for internal team coordination and client-facing interactions. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative on project responsibilities.
