Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Service Engineer to handle Ingersoll Rand (IR) Pneumatic and Electric Tools servicing across Ahmedabad and Vadodara. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pneumatic and electric tools at customer sites to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown servicing of IR pneumatic and electric tools.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out on-site or in-house repairs.
  • Maintain service reports and update service documentation regularly.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely service support and feedback.
  • Ensure quick response and turnaround time for service calls.
  • Support the sales/service team with technical assistance when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 1-5 years experience in industrial tools or equipment servicing.
  • Hands-on experience in pneumatic or electric tools preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within Ahmedabad and Vadodara region.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Location Base: Can be based in Ahmedabad or Vadodara (must cover both regions)
