The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective classroom instruction to students of primary grades . The role includes planning lessons in alignment with the school curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and ensuring the holistic development of children academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the prescribed curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Use innovative teaching methodologies, including activity-based and child-centered learning.
  • Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning among students.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and instill good moral values.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
  • Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve academic outcomes.
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a primary teacher or freshers who have passion in teaching, are encouraged.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
  • Ability to integrate technology and modern teaching tools in the classroom.
  • Good organizational and classroom management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Vishakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam , Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Making lesson plans: 2 years (Preferred)
