for digital commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with
Adobe Commerce (Magento)

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

Shopify Plus

custom PWA/headless builds
.

—turning business challenges into robust, scalable, and visually appealing digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pre-Sales Engagements:
    Partner with sales and account teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and present winning proposals.
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    Define end-to-end digital commerce architectures, including integrations, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Create Impactful Presentations:
    Build and deliver high-quality PowerPoint decks that articulate the value proposition, solution approach, and differentiation clearly.
  • Drive Pitches & Client Workshops:
    Lead client discussions, discovery sessions, and technical demonstrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams:
    Work closely with project managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure feasibility and alignment between pre-sales and delivery.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends:
    Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Adobe, SFCC, Shopify+, PWA, and headless commerce technologies to advise clients effectively.
  • Contribute to Proposals & RFPs:
    Prepare solution documentation, effort estimates, and architecture diagrams to support the business development process.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years
    of experience in digital commerce solutioning, architecture, or pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    Adobe Commerce (Magento)
    ,
    Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    ,
    Shopify Plus
    , and
    headless/PWA
    architectures.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure eCommerce solutions.
  • Excellent
    presentation and communication skills
    —ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading
    client workshops, RFP responses, and technical demonstrations
    .
  • Ability to create visually compelling and structured
    PowerPoint presentations
    .
  • Knowledge of
    API integrations, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    , and
    front-end frameworks (React, Vue, )
    is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital transformation trends.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Shopify) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail with a creative flair in presentation design.
