Position ObjectiveThe objective of this position is to support the Luminare Health HCM Quality Management (QM) processes by performing clerical and administrative tasks aligned with quality management policies and procedures. The role requires leveraging strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful execution of assigned responsibilities.1.2 Business environmentü Vertical: US Healthcare Insuranceü Process Name: Luminare Health HCM Quality Managementü Scope: Perform clerical tasks related to quality management policies and procedures as assigned, utilizing analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Perform administrative functions as assigned by the Luminare Health lead.Support the QM team by completing assigned tasks utilizing Microsoft products, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Complete accurate deliverables while meeting assigned due dates.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performing clerical tasks related to quality management policies and proceduresCompleting administrative functions as assigned by the Luminare Health leadSupporting the QM team by leveraging Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Ensuring deliverables are accurate and meet assigned deadlinesOverseeing the quality and timeliness of tasks assigned to the individualConsulting with the Luminare Health lead for guidance on complex tasksInforming the QM team about task progress and completionPreparing and submitting reports related to quality management tasks
