Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced
    X++ custom logic
    for Dynamics 365 Finance and HR modules.
  • Build complex functionality such as
    payroll posting logic
    ,
    HR service request automation
    , and
    financial process automation
    .
  • Integrate external systems (Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, etc.) using
    APIs, OData services, and Azure Logic Apps
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    SSRS reports
    and support
    Power BI
    data modeling and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform performance optimization, and ensure
    upgrade-safe development
    .
  • Customize
    forms, workflows, security roles, automation rules
    , and other system components.
  • Use
    Azure DevOps
    for version control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and code reviews.
  • Work with
    SQL, JavaScript, CRM SDK
    , and related technologies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    X++ development
    for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Proven experience in
    integrations, automation, and enterprise-grade customizations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SSRS, SQL, OData, Azure Logic Apps
    , and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of
    D365 Finance & HR processes
    .
  • Experience with
    Azure DevOps
    (pipelines, branching, code reviews).
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
