Role/ Job Title: E-Branch Relationship Manager

Business: Retail Assets

Function/ Department: Turbo Cross sell

Place of Work: Thane , Hiranandani Estate, Quantum Building ,  13th Floor

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers .
  • Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.
  • Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile
  • Interacting with Customers on video, in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)
  • Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis
  • Should be willing to work on a rotational roster
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts
  • Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display "Always You First" attitude in every interaction.

Secondary Responsibilities :
