Job Description:
- MBO Onboarding & Expansion:
Identify, pitch, and onboard new Multi-Brand Outlets to drive growth. - Order Management:
Coordinate and process orders from MBOs, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability. - Sales Achievement:
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and upselling. - Revenue Growth:
Continuously increase sales contribution from MBOs. - Account Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO partners for long-term business. - Product Visibility:
Ensure products are well-placed and displayed as per brand guidelines at MBOs. - Promotions & Marketing:
Execute in-store promotions and activities to maximize sell-through. - Collections & Credit Control:
Ensure timely payments from MBOs and adherence to agreed credit terms. - Sales & Order Reporting:
Maintain accurate MIS reports on orders, sales, collections, and pipeline status. - Market Insights:
Track competitor products, pricing, and customer trends to refine strategy.
