Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in managing employee documentation from joining to exit.

Support Payroll software operations for salary process.

Assist in preparing and submitting PF documents and online activity.

Assist in preparing and submitting ESIC documents and online activity.

Support contract worker's overtime process.

Learn and apply knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, leaves,

insurance).

Assist in developing fair HR policies and ensure compliance.

Support handling of employee grievances.

Help review current HR technology/software.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Master's in HR.

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).

Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Excel, willingness to learn Payroll Software, PF & ESIC

Online Process.

Languages: Hindi, Gujarati, English.

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite.
