Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about interiors and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales effectively. You will also handle order follow-ups, inventory coordination, and ensure smooth communication between the showroom and workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable furniture/interior solutions.

  • Convert enquiries into sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication.

  • Coordinate with the workshop for order updates, deliveries, and customization follow-ups.

  • Manage inventory and maintain proper records of stock and customer orders.

  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and ready for customer visits.

  • Maintain punctuality and a professional approach at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

  • Strong sense of time management and punctuality.

  • Experience in furniture/interior sales preferred but not mandatory.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
