Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Configure Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent, and other HCM modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and reports using OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Support data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with other systems.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct UAT, user training, and create documentation for functional processes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 3 +years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, or related modules).
  • Technical Skills (if Technical role): HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Integrations, Fast Formulas.
  • Functional Skills (if Functional role): Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, end-user training, and HR domain knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM processes (Hire-to-Retire).
  • Good communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
