We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our interior designing firm. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for various social media platforms, showcasing our interior design projects and expertise.
  • Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, events, and projects, leveraging paid advertising and influencer partnerships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all social media platforms.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize social media impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the interior design or architecture industry.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing software and AI tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid social media advertising.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Lightroom, InShot).
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) .
