Responsibilities :

As a Solution Consultant you will be the bridge between the technical and business Worlds-helping prospects see the art of the possible and ensuring customers achieve the success they signed up for.

Pre-Sales Solutioneer

  • Own discovery sessions—understand prospect pain points, then map our solution to their unique needs.
  • Deliver high-impact product demos that blend technical depth with business relevance.
  • Translate complex technical jargon into crisp, relatable value propositions.
  • Be the technical truth-teller in the sales process: articulate what's possible today vs. tomorrow.

Customer Success Guardian

  • Ensure smooth onboarding—guiding new customers from "purchase" to "productive" without hiccups.
  • Build lasting relationships by being a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage trends; step in proactively before issues escalate.
  • Run reviews that show customers the ROI they're getting (and hint at the untapped potential).
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities—always framed as customer value, not just revenue.

Internal Collaborator

  • Partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams—bringing real-world customer insights back into product roadmap conversations.
  • Create and maintain solution assets (demo scripts, FAQs, best-practice guides) that help scale the impact of the team.
  • Be the voice of both the prospect and the customer internally.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (MBA/technical background a plus). 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Sales + Tech Hybrid: You can talk business outcomes with an exec, then switch gears and discuss APIs or integrations with engineers.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong track record in building trust and ensuring customer success.
  • Communication Pro: Confident presenter with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Analytical + Creative: Problem-solving mindset; able to design solutions that are both practical and impressive.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM, demo automation, and SaaS productivity tools.
