Financial Management:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Cash Flow Management: Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Financial Systems: Managing and maintaining financial systems and ensuring data integrity.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Cost Control: Monitoring and analyzing financial performance and recommending strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Operational Management:

  • Process Improvement: Developing and implementing efficient financial processes and procedures to optimize operations.
  • Operational Performance: Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Supporting business expansion and strategic initiatives through financial and operational expertise.

Leadership and Development:

  • Team Leadership: Leading and developing the finance and operations team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and auditors.
  • Training and Development: Providing guidance and training to team members on financial matters and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Evaluating vendor and supplier relationships to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Crisis Management: Handling crisis situations and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
