Financial Management:

- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.
- **Financial Reporting**: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- **Financial Systems**: Managing and maintaining financial systems and ensuring data integrity.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- **Cost Control**: Monitoring and analyzing financial performance and recommending strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Operational Management:

- **Process Improvement**: Developing and implementing efficient financial processes and procedures to optimize operations.
- **Operational Performance**: Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
- **Strategic Planning**: Supporting business expansion and strategic initiatives through financial and operational expertise.

Leadership and Development:

- **Team Leadership**: Leading and developing the finance and operations team.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks and auditors.
- **Training and Development**: Providing guidance and training to team members on financial matters and best practices.
- **Performance Management**: Evaluating vendor and supplier relationships to improve procurement efficiency.
- **Crisis Management**: Handling crisis situations and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate finance: 2 years (required)
