Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Pastry Chef, located in Port Blair. The Executive Pastry Chef will manage and oversee daily bakery operations, develop and create new pastry recipes, ensure quality and consistency, and coordinate with staff. This role also involves supervising food preparation processes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Bakery, Baking, and Cooking
  • Proficient in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
  • Strong creativity in developing new pastry recipes
  • Ability to supervise and mentor kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and cleanliness standards
  • A degree in culinary arts or relevant certification preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
