Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (4+ Years Experience | Relocation to Bangalore)

Location: Remote (initially); Bangalore (India) post-fundraise

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive (post-fundraise LPA + ESOPs

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for production-scale applications
  • Fine-tune and deploy LLMs and transformer-based architectures for various use cases
  • Implement NLP pipelines including text classification, summarization, and conversational modeling
  • Build, maintain, and scale data processing pipelines and model serving infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into end-user platforms
  • Apply deep learning, reinforcement learning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques as needed
  • Monitor model performance and iterate based on real-world usage data and feedback

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML/AI models
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
  • Strong experience with NLP libraries (e.g., HuggingFace Transformers, spaCy, NLTK)
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Working knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
  • Ability to deploy models via APIs and integrate them into scalable systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore post-fundraise (mandatory)
  • Immediate availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
