Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the regional sales team by conducting market research, coordinating between departments, maintaining sales reports, and ensuring smooth communication between product teams and clients. The position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can support business growth initiatives and ensure timely execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Inside Sales

  • Conduct secondary market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Engage in inside sales activities to support lead generation.
  • Qualify leads shared by internal teams.
  • Schedule meetings and fix appointments with prospective clients for the sales team.

2. Interface between Product Teams and Sales

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with product teams to arrange commercial proposals.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers to the sales team for client submission.

3. MIS & Reports

  • Track daily activity of the sales team and provide regular performance updates.
  • Organize periodic sales meetings and reviews with regional and national sales managers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales MIS (Management Information Systems) and reports for the region.
  • Stay updated on EFL's products, services, shipment updates, and customer accounts.
