Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment Operation and Banking Operation Reconciliation Corporate Action professional, based in Hyderabad. This role involves the end-to-end reconciliation of payment and banking operations, managing corporate actions, and ensuring compliance with financial processes and records. Responsibilities include accurate payment processing, resolving discrepancies, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with various teams to uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies effectively.
  • Experience in Payment Card Processing and handling various payment mechanisms.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide clear updates.
  • Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial and reconciliation software is an advantage.
  • Preferred experience in corporate banking or financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
