Role Overview

We are looking for Project Engineers who are technically sound, execution-focused, and capable of managing site operations with a detail-oriented mindset. The selected candidates will ensure that every stage of construction is aligned with engineering standards, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations, monitor progress against project schedules, and ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings.

• BBS & Reinforcement Detailing:

Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and verify reinforcement placement as per IS codes and design intent.

• Drawing & Documentation:

Interpret and prepare AutoCAD drawings, and execution details; maintain revision logs and drawing control records.

• Estimation & Quantity Take-offs:

Calculate quantities of materials (concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, etc.) and assist in preparing BOQs and cost projections.

• Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with planning, procurement, and design teams to ensure timely material availability and resolve on-site technical issues.

• Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that work is carried out in line with standard engineering practices, safety protocols.

• Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports, resource utilization records, and assist in preparing project status presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and reading construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing.
• Working knowledge of construction methodology, site supervision, and estimation.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and basic project schedules.
• Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Awareness of IS codes and construction standards is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant site or design experience are welcome to apply.

Job Details

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on interview & performance)
• Job Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Travel Allowance: As per company policy
• Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
