Job Description:

Rita Automobiles is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant and Inventory Manager to efficiently manage accounting operations and oversee inventory control for our automobile dealership at Rita Suzuki, Panchmahala, Angul.

The ideal candidate will handle both financial recordkeeping and stock management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee and monitor inventory levels for spare parts, consumables, and workshop materials.
  • Ensure timely procurement, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and update inventory and financial records accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory usage, purchases, and sales transactions.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems and ERP/accounting software.
  • Collaborate with service, workshop, and accounts teams for reconciliation and operational needs.
  • Generate regular financial and inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all inventory items.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance (required)
  • 1–5 years of experience in accounting or inventory management, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and stock management systems
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory/accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
