Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Regularly update inventory registers and software systems.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report low stock levels for timely replenishment.

2. Receiving Goods

  • Receive materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors.
  • Check quantities, specifications, and quality of items received.
  • Process Goods Received Notes (GRN) and update records.

3. Storage and Organization

  • Ensure items are stored in designated areas following proper storage procedures.
  • Label materials clearly and arrange stock for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the store/warehouse.

4. Issuing and Dispatching

  • Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions.
  • Prepare dispatch records and update stock ledgers promptly.
  • Ensure materials are released in proper condition and correct quantities.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and related documents.
  • Ensure all transactions (receipt, issue, return) are properly recorded.
  • Prepare monthly stock reports for management.

6. Safety & Security

  • Ensure the store is secure and protected from theft, damage, and hazards.
  • Follow safety guidelines for handling materials, especially chemicals or heavy items.
  • Report any irregularities immediately to supervisors.

7. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and other departments.
  • Communicate stock shortages, damages, or issues promptly.
  • Assist in audits by providing accurate inventory records.

8. Equipment & Tools Management

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and storage systems in good condition.
  • Ensure proper calibration and servicing where applicable.

  • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, arranging stock)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
