Position: Admission Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Noida (On - Site)

Salary Range: Competitive Salary

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete admissions process from prospect outreach through enrollment and onboarding.
  • Develop and refine admission strategies to attract and engage prospective students.
  • Build relationships with educators, institutions, students, and their parents or guardians.
  • Organize and represent CareerChoice360 at educational fairs, webinars, and events.
  • Analyze trends in student behavior, lead conversions, and admission funnels to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to align messaging and improve admission touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related domain; an MBA or similar qualification is a strong advantage.
  • 3–5 years of proven success in admissions, student sales, EdTech consultative selling, or academic enrollment roles.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport, convert leads, and close deals effectively.
  • A results-driven professional who thrives on meeting enrollment targets and driving revenue through strategic student acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and data tools to track and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Deep passion for education and a consultative sales approach that helps students and parents make confident, informed decisions.
