Position: Admission Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Noida (On - Site)

Salary Range: Competitive Salary

What You'll Do

Manage the complete admissions process from prospect outreach through enrollment and onboarding.

Develop and refine admission strategies to attract and engage prospective students.

Build relationships with educators, institutions, students, and their parents or guardians.

Organize and represent CareerChoice360 at educational fairs, webinars, and events.

Analyze trends in student behavior, lead conversions, and admission funnels to optimize outcomes.

Collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to align messaging and improve admission touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related domain; an MBA or similar qualification is a strong advantage.

  • 3–5 years of proven success in admissions, student sales, EdTech consultative selling, or academic enrollment roles or related field

  • Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport, convert leads, and close deals effectively.

  • A results-driven professional who thrives on meeting enrollment targets and driving revenue through strategic student acquisition.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and data tools to track and optimize the sales funnel.

  • Deep passion for education and a consultative sales approach that helps students and parents make confident, informed decisions.
