--- Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR & Recruitment Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations including payroll, attendance, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition strategies.
--- Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and referral programs for sourcing. Execute offer management, salary negotiation, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports. HR Operations & Payroll: Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs. Coordinate with Finance for salary processing. Handle employee database, HR documentation, and personal files. Manage onboarding & offboarding processes including exit formalities. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). Generate HR MIS reports for management review. Employee Relations & Administration: Address employee queries and grievances professionally. Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and culture initiatives. Ensure smooth communication across departments. Manage basic office administration and coordination when required.
--- Skills Required: Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance. Proficiency in HR software, job portals, and MS Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹60, ₹62,956.23 per month
