Role Overview
:

We are looking for a
Lead Full Stack Engineer
to architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications that power our core products. You will lead the full development lifecycle—from system design to deployment—while mentoring the team and driving best engineering practices across frontend and backend stacks.

What you'll be doing:


• Architect and develop end-to-end scalable, secure, and performant web applications.


• Contribute hands-on across the stack using modern frontend ) and backend ) technologies.


• Design and maintain robust APIs, microservices, and data models for high availability.


• Mentor engineers, review code, and promote clean architecture and engineering excellence.


• Integrate and optimize open-source tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).


• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.


• Lead initiatives around automation, CI/CD, performance optimization, and observability.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and influence technical strategy and product direction

What we're looking for
:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.


• 5-8 years of full stack development experience in product-based or large-scale environments.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in React (or ) and


• Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs.


• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.


• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).


• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate product goals into technical execution.
