Position: Project Engineer – Interior & Electrical

Location:
Pan India (Frequent travel to Pune, Chennai, Goa, Guwahati & other project sites)

Projects

Experience Required:
4–8 Years

Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Projects, Retail, Corporate Offices, Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution

  • Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out and electrical works.
  • Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate installation of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, panels, conduits, DBs, and wiring.

2. Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Manage manpower, contractors, and material availability on-site.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.

3. Planning & Documentation

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Maintain records of material consumption and site deliveries.

4. Quality & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards across all interior and electrical activities.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance among site personnel.

5. Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of interior construction, carpentry, civil finishing, false ceiling, flooring, and joinery.
  • Good knowledge of electrical layouts, load calculations, BOQs, and electrical installation standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret Architectural, MEP, and Electrical drawings.

6. Client & Vendor Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for client queries at site.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely supply and installation.
  • Assist in material verification and billing support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in interior fit-out and electrical projects.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel Pan India as per project requirements.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
